Olya Stoyanova was born in Sofia, in 1977. Doctor of Journalism, awarded with several prizes for poetry, prose and drama. She is the author of “A Guide of the Wild” and the collection of plays “Little Rituals of Farewell”. She has published four books of poetry: “Photographies”, "Prose”, “Roadmap” and “A Street Named Happiness”, the latter having received the national “Nikolay Kanchev” 2013 and “Ivan Nikolov” 2013 awards. Author of the narrative collections “ The Dreams of the Wolves” and “High Clouds”, as well as the novel “Personal Geography”.
