Vincent Yersin (1984) was born in Vevey and lives in Friburg. He holds a Master’s Degree from the University of Lausanne and also taught French literature for three years. In 2009, he won the Studer/Ganz Prize. He currently works in the literary archives of the Swiss National Library. His works have been featured in literary magazines (Le Persil, La Revue de Belles-Lettres) and edited volumes. His debut poetry compilation “Lettre de Motivation” (Letter of Motivation) was published in 2016 by BSN Press. Since 2012, he is member of the artist collective AJAR (“Vivre près des tilleuls” (Life beside the lime trees), publ. by Flammarion, 2016), engaging in collective writings and readings with an aim to establish an open, joyful and collaborative literature.
