Lara Rüter (1990) was born in Hannover and studied Cultural Studies at Hildesheim and Literary Writing at the German Institute for Literature of Leipzig University. She won the poetry prize of the 26th Open Mike contest and co-edited the 2017 Tippgemeinschaft anthology published by the German Institute for Literature. Her poetry has been featured in various magazines and anthologies, such as Bella Triste, Sprache im technischen Zeitalter, Edit, Gegenstrophe and randnummer. She currently resides in Leipzig.
