Lara Dopazo Ruibal (1985) holds a Bachelor in Journalism and two Master’s Degrees, one in International Cooperation and another one in Theoretical and Practical Philosophy. She has released four poetry books and has also co-authored and edited the volume of experimental essays A través das marxes: Entrelazando feminismos, ruralidades e comúns. Her poetry compilation ovella won the 2015 Prémio de Poesia Francisco Añon, while her poetry book claus e o alacrán received the 2017 Fiz Vergara Vilariño Poetry Prize. She was resident artist at the Royal Academy of Spain in Rome for the academic year 2018-2019.
