Rhian Elizabeth was born in 1988 in the Rhondda Valley and now lives in Cardiff. Her novel, Six Pounds Eight Ounces, was published by Seren in 2014 and her poetry collection, the last polar bear on earth, by Parthian in 2017. She has been a winner of The Terry Hetherington Prize and shortlisted for The International Rubery Book Award and The Dan Cockrill Prize for Best First Collection. She is a Hay Festival Writer at Work and a Coracle Europe International Resident in Sweden.
