Bojan Marković (Užice, 1985) completed his undergraduate, master's and doctoral studies at the Department of Serbian Literature - South Slavic Literatures at the School of Philology of the University of Belgrade. His doctoral dissertation is on the subject of poetry and avant-garde poetry for children and young people. He works as an assistant professor at the School for Teachers of the University of Belgrade. He was honored with the "The Young Des" award at the Des Spring Festival in 2013. His debut was awarded and thus his first poetry collection The Fish That Swallowed the World was published. For a long time he was the curator of the literary program dedicated to modern poetry for the Belgrade Student Cultural Center (SKC) and the Campus Cultural Center (DKSG). He is currently curating the poetry publishing series for DKSG publications. He was a member of the team that edited the book for texts and readings "The Picnic for Irma - fantastic reading". His second book of poetry entitled "TAUMATROP" will be published soon.
