He is a poet and literary critic. He was born one late April night in Ljubljana, Slovenia. In his spare time, he likes to smudge black ink on the blank white spaces of small notebooks, which he always purchases at a specific – and always the same – place. He likes the Slovenian dual as much as practising Rilke’s solitude. He adores the sound of the typewriter and is addicted to the scent of freshly printed books. At the moment, he lives halfway between Prague and Ljubljana, which are often accompanied by a third city, Berlin, and he is preparing to make his debut in poetry. He has published his poetry in several literary magazines and anthologies, and his poems were translated into Croatian, Serbian, Greek, Czech and German. He presently works as programme co-director of Prague Microfestival and also as one of the organisers of the International Critic’s Symposium in Slovenia.
