Elaine Feeney is a writer from Galway. She teaches at the National University of Ireland,
Galway and St. Jarlath’s College, Tuam. Feeney has published three collections of poetry, Where’s Katie? (Salmon, 2010) The Radio was Gospel (Salmon, 2014) and Rise (Salmon, 2017).
Her work has been translated and anthologized. Recent publications include, Poetry
Review UK, Oxford Poetry, The Stinging Fly and The Manchester Review.
In 2016, Feeney was commissioned to write the narrative to Wrongheaded, a stage
production and film produced by Liz Roche Company. It was shortlisted for the Bucharest Film Festival and London’s Underwire Film Prize. It is on international tour. She has just finished her first novel, SIC[K] and a pilot comedy TV series.
