Adeline Baldacchino (1982) lives in Paris and dreams about living by the sea. She first began publishing poems in 1999 and has since released quite a number of short poetry books, as well as a few essays. More recently, she also released a novel titled “Celui qui disait no” (“The one who said No”, publ. by Fayard, 2018). She also organizes poetry seminars and open discussions with major French poets. She works as a magistrate at the Cour de Comptes (Court of Auditors) of France. Her two most recent poetry books are titled “33 poèmes composes dans le noir (pour joyer avec la lumiere)” (33 poems composed at night – to play with the light) and “13 poèmes composés le matin (pour traverser l’hiver)” (13 poems composed in the morning – to pass the winter).
